Pretty in Pink

Pink has been on trend for a number of seasons. We've seen all shades of this hue from the palest pastels to a deep fuchsia. THE pink of Fall 2018, is the shade people have been calling "Pink Peacock" or "Warm Mauve." Good News: If the dusty pink of Spring and Summer washed you out or clashed with your hair, you'll find solace in fall's obsession with a universally flattering, warm mauve. A smoother, pink-ier take on one of the style world's favorite hues. This creamy shade will be the perfect color for early and mid-fall. I am absolutely obsessed with the color. 1. It pairs well with an array of colors, dark and or light. 2. It adds a little color to a dreary day. 3. This color is a statement piece and will make your outfit sophisticated OR fun and flirty.

The outfit pictured below was inspired and styled by me. I went with that "Warm Mauve" coat, a light pair of polka dot jeans, light grey multi-color collard pullover, and light chestnut colored booties. Granted, you can style this outfit with light colors, or go darker, either would be fabulous.
